All Flora products are mastefully handcrafted by our expert tailors in our boutique in Florence. Each one of our garments is painstakingly cared for to assure the utmost quality and meet your expectations. You can book a visit to our boutique to see and touch for yourself, we'll be glad to meet you!

How do I care for my Flora?

For our silk garments we recommend dry cleaning or careful handwashing in cold water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Cotton and jersey garments can be machine washed in cold water.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all our orders are shipped with a tracking number. Please make sure to include a telephone number in your shipping address so the delivery company can contact you.

Is it possible to return a product and ask for a refund?

I have to repair or modify my Flora, can you help me?

Yes, contact us through our Shop Assistance and explain your needs. We may ask you pictures to evaluate if the repair or modification is possible and its costs. Contact us before sending us any item.
