Please note, all products are made to order and approximately four weeks should be allowed for finishing.

If you need to receive your items by a specific date please contact us before placing your order, and we can advise you if this will be possible.

It may be possible to make special arrangements to ensure your item is delivered in-time for a special occasion.

All items are sent by Express Courier Service.

Orders over 600 Euro are eligible for free shipping and this will be automatically calculated during checkout.

All delivery charges are automatically calculated based on a combination of the total weight and final destination of your order.

Returns requests can be made within 7 days upon delivery. Where the item ordered was sent as a gift, a gift certificate will be issued that can be redeemed for another item in our online shop.

Items returned after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

Items bought on sale through our online store are not eligible for returns except in cases of material defect.

Requesting a refund

Items must be returned un-used and in their original packaging.

To start the refund process, please send a copy of your proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation) and confirm your intention to request a refund by writing to customerservice@floralastraioli.com. Please do not return any purchased items until we have had time to evaluate your refund request.

Once we have confirmed the status of your refund we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) to Flora Lastraioli. We may ask you to provide photos of the ordered items, so as to help clarify your refund request. Once we have received the items at Flora Lastraioli we will issue a refund to the payment card used that was used (this will take 3-5 days depending on the payment processor).

In cases where the item was marked as a gift during the checkout process, a gift card for the order amount will be issued: either to the gifter or the receiver of the item. The issued gift card can then be used to purchase another item from the online shop.

Important: Please note that only where there is evidence of a material defect in one of the shipped items will Flora Lastriaoli pay for the return shipping costs.  In all other circumstances it is the Customer that is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items to Flora Lastraioli, including all import fees. The Customer also agrees to use a trackable mail service, to ensure that the item are returned safely for inspection. Refunds are issued net of the costs of shipping the original item to the Customer.

The delivery times of any additional orders made will be communicated to the Customer in the normal way.
