Terms of Agreement for Commercial Collaboration

 

Below follows our guideline for commercial collaboration:

• Minimum order for Jersey and Cotton garments: 4 models, with at least 6 pieces for each (with your choice of sizes and colours), resulting in a minimum order of 24 pieces in total. Maximum choice of 2 colours, each color with a minimum quantity of 3 pieces for model.

• For Silk only orders, minimum quantity are as follows: 2 models, with at least 4 pieces for each (with your choice of sizes), resulting in a minimum order of 8 pieces in total. Maximum choice of 2 colours, each color with a minimum quantity of 2 pieces for model.

• For larger orders, we apply discounts accordingly to the chart below.

• We operate with the following sizes: 38 - 56 (Italian Sizes)

• Shipments processed within 30 - 60 days, based on size of order

• Times and methods of payment: 30% deposit of total order amount must be made within 30 days in order to confirm and process order. Balance must be paid before shipment.

• Orders will be delivered by free port (Incoterm: Free On Board) for shipments that respect the minimum order.

• There are 4 tiers of orders, based on quantity of pieces and models ordered. Each tier is associated with a discount and a maximum number of color choices for each model. Each color choice has also a minimum number of pieces in which it must be ordered, within the same model.
